About the Role

Here at the CIOB, we are now looking for an Employer Engagement Administrator who will be pivotal in ensuring we deliver a first-class customer experience when it comes to supporting employers and Business Development Manager’s out in the super regions.

The Employer Engagement Administrator will act as the central depository for all employer contracts across the CIOB; Academy, Sponsorship, Consol Billing, Chartered Building Company (CBC) Scheme and Training Partnerships (TP). There will be a strong focus on Quality Assurance, supporting new CBC and TP applications, managing and updating the CRM database, liaising with other departments and ensuring we deliver on our promises and agreements.


About You

We’re looking for an individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and who is able to demonstrate communicating with diverse stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer service. You’ll need to be experienced in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and be familiar with CRM systems (data inputting and updating and extracting reports) and social media (posting and reviewing progress). We’d also like you to have strong organisational skills, prioritising own workload effectively, and good interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and maintain working relationships at various levels of seniority.
