CANCELLED: EGM Chartered Building Company/Consultancy scheme subscription fees
Published
The Subscriptions Working group recommended to the Resources Committee that the Chartered Building Consultancy subscriptions were set too low, were undervalued and should at least be equivalent to a Fellow member. Resources Committee and the Board of Trustees agreed that the subscriptions should be set at appropriate multiples of the Fellowship subscription, and a phased approach over 3 years should be taken.
The Resources Committee also agreed that Chartered Building Company subscriptions be increased as a minimum in line with cost of living levels of around 2.5% in line with individual membership and then subscriptions moderated in the medium to higher bandings, so they align with Consultancy subscriptions. This then delivers a pricing structure that presents a fairer differential by size of the company when the scheme is delivering a much-improved value proposition.
