Based in Market Deeping near Peterborough, Burmor Construction, a ConstructionLine and CHAS registered building contractor, are operational in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire. Since being established in 1978 we have undertaken a wide variety of schemes in the residential, healthcare, commercial and education sectors. In this time, we have built a reputation for creating long-standing partnerships and delivering high quality projects on-time and on-budget achieving client satisfaction. We carry out design & construct, traditional and negotiated contracts in the range of £100,000 to £20,000,000.

Example of work 1
Trewlowen Way, Peterborough: We are thrilled to be undertaking 75 units for Accent Group, providing affordable homes in the city of Peterborough. The design and build of these units takes place on a former brickworks and will involve extensive engineering to get the project completed.
Example of work 2
Low Road, Fenstanton: We're delighted to be appointed to deliver this challenging scheme of 94 units in St Ives for Settle Group. Having been involved in the site through the planning stages, Burmor were well versed in the technical challenges of this site relating to delivery and flood risk. The site is situated in a prominent area of St Ives adjacent the river and has been designed sympathetically to the area. We are due to start on site in Q4 2022 with a completion date of Q4 2025.

Stamford Walk, Lincolnshire: We are delighted to be appointed on this project in Central Stamford to convert this Grade II listed building into luxury apartments. The project will start in Winter 2021 after the design process is complete, which will involve extensive internal and external alterations to this stunning building.
