Castle Owen was founded in 2001 by a highly respected and experienced group of Chartered building surveyors and architects who believed.

Castle Owen employ an exceptional team of construction professionals all of whom are Chartered or are being supported
by the company to achieve this level of qualification in a relevant discipline. We build long standing relationships with our clients who

Multi-Disciplinary
Castle Owen excel in the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and the provision of single source solutions for our clients. Drawn from our experienced
and diverse in-house teams and trusted partners we simplify the design and construction process by providing a single point of responsibility for each project.

▪ Single Chartered Project Lead who will be responsible for delivery and coordination.

Architecture
Our experienced and creative architectural team regularly support both public and private sector clients, leading projects from inception through to completion.
The key elements of our service include the following:
▪ Guiding our clients through the project briefing process.
▪ Testing the brief through feasibility studies.
▪ Providing advice on the application of the CDM regulations and performing the role of Principal Designer.
▪ Advising upon sustainability from inception, ensuring that the topic remains a key design driver.

▪ Coordinating design teams as lead consultant.
▪ Developing detailed design packages for both new build and refurbishment projects.
▪ Designing exceptional interiors including materiality, colour and furniture.

contractors or as client technical advisor.
▪ Communicating our designs through 3D models and photorealistic visualisations.
▪ Leading on the application of the Building Safety Act principles and performing on the role of Building Regulations Principal Designer.

and maximise use of renewable materials and resources. Demonstrated within our Carbon Reduction Plan, our commitment extends to assessing and
minimising our footprint, focusing on office location, employee movements, recruiting locally and collaborating with other local consultants.

Social Value

with local universities to contribute to development of their built environment courses. In alignment with local initiatives to promote careers in the construction
industry, we actively provide work experience placements for students from nearby schools. Castle Owen support local social enterprises, community groups
and charities. We have supported Roundabout Youth Homeless Charity for over twenty years and continue to support other local charities such as
The Archer Project and the Whirlow Hall Farm Trust. Our staff are given the opportunity to volunteer their time towards local charitable events
and we support their personal charitable challenges and fundraisers.
